We aim to despatch goods as soon as possible after receiving your order. Our stock levels are monitored very carefully, however, demand sometimes exceeds our available supply. In these instances we can look to replenish our stock immediately. Most products we advertise are freely available for re-order from our suppliers, rarely there are products that the manufacturer runs low on, we will advise you if this happens with your product. All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative could be sent in its place.

UNITED KINGDOM POST & PACKING DETAILS

Post, Packaging and Insurance are £10 (UK only) for all goods. Goods are normally despatched by return using Royal Mail Second Class Post.

EUROPEAN POST & PACKING DETAILS

All items for delivery inside the European Union will cost £15.00.

REST OF THE WORLD POST & PACKING DETAILS

All items for delivery to any other country will cost £35.00.

TAX

All prices include U.K. value added tax at 17.5%

Our aim is to please you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange or provide you with a full refund. (see returns section) Please obtain proof of posting. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, FAULTY GOODS

If you need to return an item, please complete the simple to use returns form enclosed with your order. Return the goods with all documentation and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will happily exchange or refund the cost of goods in full. You will not be asked to pay any additional postage if you request an exchange. When returning the goods the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest that you obtain a proof of postage form from your Post Office. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
